Refund policy

Products may only be returned with the prior approval of Dynamic Bike Care.

Refunds are only issued for returns that have been approved in advance by Dynamic Bike Care. After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the amount eligible for refund will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.
